FC rules are strict guidelines that must be adhered to, but officers reserve the right to change rules with a majority approved reason. If a member abuses the rules, the officers reserve the right to remove said member from the free company.
We employ the 3 strike system below I will list the strikes you will get prior to being kicked from the FC through continued rule breaking.
Strike 1: Verbal Warning Strike 2: Global Mute over Voice chat or if in-game FC chat second Verbal Strike 3: 24hr to 48hr Ban from voice chat with possible kick from the FC
I. General Rules
1.Members must respect each other; we are all friends/family. If a member has an issue with another member, they should resolve it as soon as possible. Do so privately; if that's not possible, bring it to the attention of an officer.
2.Members must listen to officers and congress members. If a member has an issue with an order, they should post on the forums or resolve it in tells or PMs.
3.Quick decisions made in rough situations must be respected. However, under certain circumstances, decisions might be made poorly due to time constraints, etc. If a poor decision has been made, then members are to properly bring it to the attention of the leaders so such a mistake can be prevented from being repeated.
4.All drama/bickering is banned from the /fc chat channel and mumble channels! Take it to tells.
